I had to think a lot about this case. I think if I were Matt I would just take the offer because myfamily is the most important thing in my life. Thinking ethically, Wall mart should not enter Wichita because it’s a traditional town, also thesmall businesses are going to broke and also Matt´s. matt can make a strike and try not to let Wall mart enter the town, also if it does thensomeone else would get his job, his would broke and then he would realized he should’ve taken the offer. So yes, I would take the offer.
Firstbecause I have to think of my kids and their futures, I want them to become successful and not to stay in Wichita. Then I also know I can growas a person and as a business so I can help my community with new jobs or anything that is on my hands because of being the manager of it.
Wallmart can be a way to industrialized Wichita and to make it a bigger town and to have more goals and not only to send out kids to a college andthat’s it. We can think bigger, it can be the beginning of everything in this town. Other national companies can enter and create more jobs andprepare people of the town to work on these new jobs.
Yes, I would take the offer because my family is first, second and third in my life, and Ihave to give them the best of the best, and if that means losing something and getting something bigger, then I would do it without hesitation.
