It is vital for us to develop an in-depth understanding of our customers’ needs, so we can be the best we can be.

We have established clinical advisory panels that meet regularly to discusseverything from clinical trends to disease patterns and new treatment methods. We hold focus group meetings with physicians who specialize – and use their feedback to refine existing products as well as to drive the design of new, tailored ultrasound solutions. We routinely consult with the advisory panels during the development phase. Then we take approved products into the field for extensivetesting prior to product launch.

We collaborate extensively with university research departments – to exploit synergies and keep our finger on the pulse of new technologies. We conduct independent customer satisfaction surveys help to ensure that we are living up to your standards.
