INVESTIGACIÓN CUALITATIVA
Pérez serrano (1964-p.p-465) considera a la investigación cualitativa como un proceso activo, sistemático y riguroso de indagación dirigida en el cual se toma decisiones sobre la investigación en tanto esta en el campo de estudio.
Enfoque cualitativo: Utiliza la recolección de datos sin medición numérica para descubrir o afinar preguntas deinvestigación en el proceso de interpretación.
La investigación cualitativa requiere un profundo entendimiento del comportamiento humano busca explicar las razones de los diferentes aspectos de tal comportamiento.
