I enjoy was to exceed tourist expectation when they coming to the country I had to sell a positive image of Colombia, Ihad to make sure that they where bring more tourist to Colombia .I love the idea to travel and to work at the same time.

Managed all the resources to make the customer happy and having the enjoying a new experiences. Also was a team effort to increase the satisfactionstandard of our visitors.

I have 2 difficult situations
1 was when I was working at the Hotel Ecolodge two of the tourist came and the room was not readybecause the laundry was delay , so they didn’t have clean sheets. And I took the iniciative to take them to the bar, offer them a complementary drink and a snack until the room was ready.
2. Wasin proexport. Acording to the program I had to pick up 10 people at the airport coming from Argentina . But when I went to the airport I noticed that they weren’t 10 people, they were 12 and coming...
