Jelly Shots de Mojito con Ron Blanco

Ingredientes

MAKE-AHEAD1 cup water 1 taza de agua
1 cup sugar 1 taza de azúcar
2 tablespoons plus 3/4 teaspoon powdered unflavored gelatin (from 3envelopes) 3 cucharadas o tres sobres de gelatina sin sabor en polvo (Para 1 litro)
1 cup fresh lime juice 1 taza de jugo de limón
1 cup lightly packed mint leaves 1 taza de hojas de menta ohierbabuena (que no estén muy densas)
1 cup white rum 1 taza de ron blanco

Preparación

1. In a small saucepan, cook the water with the sugar over moderate heat until the water is simmeringand the sugar dissolves, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle the gelatin over thesugar syrup and whisk constantly over low heat until the gelatin has dissolved, about 1 minute.

3. Put the lime juice and mint leaves in a medium heatproof bowl and pour in the sugar syrup.
