Joe jonas

Joseph Adam Jonas was born in Casa Grande, Arizona, the son of Denise, a former sign language teacher and singer, and Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr., a songwriter, musician and former ordained minister at an Assemblies of God church. He is of Irish (from his maternal grandfather), Cherokee, Italian, and German descent. Joseph's original plan, before becoming a singer, was slightly different than hisbrothers. He first dreamed of becoming a comedian and wanted to audition for sketch comedy shows, but he was always attached to music and loved listening to different kinds of music, especially rock. In his spare time he enjoys jogging and working out. His favorite color is blue, and some of Joe's favorite foods are Chicken cutlet sandwiches with mayonnaise, and Chocolate marshmallow ice cream. Hisfavorite movie is Dumb and Dumber, and he enjoys the sport Wiffel Ball.
In early 2005, Columbia Records' new president, Steve Greenberg, listened to Nick's record. While Greenberg did not like the album, he did like Nick's voice.  After hearing the song, "Please Be Mine", written and performed by all the brothers, Daylight/Columbia Records decided to sign the three as a group act. After being signedto Columbia, the brothers considered naming their group "Sons of Jonas" before settling on the name "Jonas Brothers".
It's About Time, the brothers' first album, was released on August 8, 2006. According to the band's manager, it was only a "limited release" of a little over 50,000 copies. Because Sony was not interested in further promoting the band, the Jonas Brothers then considered switchinglabels. The band was ultimately dropped by Columbia Records in early 2007.
After shortly being without a label, the Jonas Brothers signed with Hollywood Records in February 2007. Around the same time, the brothers began appearing in GAP commercials for Baby Bottle Pops, singing the jingle. Their self-titled second album, Jonas Brothers, was released on August 7, 2007. It reached number five onthe Billboard Hot 200 chart in its first week.
The Jonas Brothers' third studio album, A Little Bit Longer, was released in the United States on August 12, 2008 and peaked at #1 on the Billboard 200.
On June 16, 2009 The Jonas Brothers' fourth studio album, and third release under Hollywood Records entitled Lines, Vines, and Trying Times was released. The album peaked at number 1 on theBillboard 200 with 247,000 copies sold.
After months of speculation it was revealed on May 19, 2010 that Joe Jonas planned on releasing a solo album This would be Jonas' first album separate from the Jonas Brothers. About the album, Jonas says exclusively to JustJared.com, "Yeah, there’s nothing to hide... We’re just waiting for the right timing. There’s a lot of Jonas stuff going on this year, so oncethere’s a place for that record, we’ll release it."
In an interview Joe said: "I've been writing and recording a lot of music on my own, so we'll see where it goes. I'm looking forward to the future."
In August 17, 2007, Joe, along with his brothers, guest starred in an episode of Hannah Montana. The episode broke basic cable records with a record 10.7 million viewers and became basic cable'smost watched series telecast ever.
Joe and his brothers filmed a Disney Channel Original Movie called Camp Rock where they play a band called "Connect Three." Joe plays the lead male role and lead singer "Shane Gray. The film's soundtrack was released on June 17, 2008. The movie premiered on June 20, 2008 in the USA on Disney Channel, and Canada on Family. He reprised his role of Shane in thesequel, Camp Rock 2: the Final Jam. The film premiered on September 3, 2010. The soundtrack was released on August 10, 2010.
The reality short series, Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream, premiered on Disney Channel on May 16, 2008. The first season, which ran until September 5, 2008, documented the brothers' lives on the Look Me In The Eyes Tour. The name was inspired by the band's hit song "When You...
