Well this movie is about a story of a country called "Panem" which was divided by districts, these districts at a time of yearchosen two people a man and a woman, they do so because they draw out the participants carried a place to receive training to participate in the hunger Games, a competition where luechand face to face allthe representatives of the districts, the winner receives honor, gifts, and enough food and supplies to not worry about anything anymore.

In District 12, sixteen, Katniss Everdeen takes care ofhis mother and sister Primrose "Prim" since his father died in a mine accident when she was 11.
