INTRODUCTION
In this world, there are many diseases that affect us every day and for many reasons we don’t know, many of these are heart diseases, because we do not take proper care and we eat a lot of fat including, on of them is the Kawasaki disease (KD), it remains as a disease unknown for a large portion of the population. This is due to its recent discovery (not more than 40 years)and its rarity. It should not be considered a serious illness for the time of suffering but rather, a disease that, if not treated in time, can cause irreversible damages that in the longer term would be cause for increased mortality.
All this refers to one of his most frequent sequelae: coronary aneurysms, and one of its consequences: myocardial infarction in early times of life.

It is not arare disease in our time, but it is potentially fatal and of severe injuries, as well as the use of early treatment prevents serious injuries in the arteries of the heart.

Kawasaki disease affects boys and girls of the world; the disease was discovered by Japanese pediatrician named Dr. Tomisaku Kawasaki, who described the process in 1967.
He discovered a group of Japanese children thatcontracted a disease not previously described for any doctor and had different symptoms.
Years later he began to describe the occurrence of cardiac complications and including the development of coronary artery aneurysms in children who had Kawasaki disease.
The highest incidence was found in children aged one to two years of age and just about 80% of the cases were in four years old or younger. It ismore common in children of Japanese or Korean descendence, but behind it there are consequences of how to contract it or have a heart condition that can cause different damage to our body.
Considering this, it is important to educate people to recognize the symptoms and so be alert and avoid complications.

In Bogotá, Colombia where she was looking to be able to identify therapeutic strategies used for handling cases of that KAWASAKI.
Averaging is observed more frequently in males, since all of the cases were boy’s ages 2months to 3 years, most residents ofthe city of Bogotá, Colombia.
Kawasaki disease occurs most frequently in Japan as we have mentioned before, and where it was first discovered. In the United States, the disease is the leading cause of heart disease in children and most of the patients are younger than 5 years. The disease occurs more often in boys than in girls.
Kawasaki disease is a condition of low understanding since itscause has not been determined. May be an auto immune disorder. This disorder affecting the mucous membranes, lymph nodes, walls of blood vessels and the heart.
This disease can cause inflammation of the blood vessels in the arteries, especially the coronary arteries, which can lead to aneurysms. An aneurysm can lead to a heart attack, even in young children, although this is...
