• Women of the Ku Klux Klan (WKKK) were one of the largest organizations following the post suffrage period. This article focuses on the period between 1923 and 1930,where women joined the Klan movement in order to protect themselves and their children, to preserve home and family life, and to demonstrate newly won women rights. It is important to mention thewomen’s Klan because they copied many of the principles and laws that ruled the secret society.
