LA FAMILIA, INGREDIENTE NECESARIO PARA TRATAR Y PREVENIR
LA DELINCUENCIA EN JOVENES

ABSTRAC
The objective of the present work is to give to know the investigation carried out by Sánchez Paola about the importance, of the prevention in the juveniledelinquency; focused in the family. In this investigation it is explored different sources of information, like it is the documental revision in several texts, magazines, thesis etc., and in a same way aspects and characters' points of view are investigated that are involved in this social problem. This article delineates some of the main psychological taxes that look for to explain the phenomenonof the juvenile violence, analyzing the family factors, and the interaction that exists between the adolescent and its family, caused that it is presented criminal behaviors. The theories of the social development maintain that the behavior of the youths is very influenced that is by the bonds that develop with the most important social groups in their lives; the family, the school, the group offriends and the community in general, since depending on these bonds their future behavior will be prosocial or antisocial. Identifying you as main element the paper that plays the family, to highlight since is therefore the first factor who involves the fellow in the social means, it is of great importance in the development of the adolescents and of its interaction with the environment. Thereforea prompt psychological family intervention of character will bear to that not only decreases behaviors and antisocial behaviors associated to the delinquency, but also the own juvenile delinquency. In this I articulate she/he seeks to settle down the magnitude of the importance of the factor family in population's type, the excellent characteristics that possess, and of equal she/he forms toinvestigate in the different strategies of prevention.
RESUMEN:
El objetivo del presente trabajo es dar a conocer la investigación realizada por Sánchez Paola sobre la importancia, de la prevención en la delincuencia juvenil; enfocada en la familia. En esta investigación se explora diferentes fuentes de información, como es la revisión documental en varios textos, revistas, tesis, entreotros, y de igual manera se indagan aspectos y puntos de vista de personajes que están inmersos en esta problemática social. Este artículo delinea algunas de las principales contribuciones psicológicas que buscan explicar el fenómeno de la violencia juvenil, analizando los factores familiares, y la interacción que existe entre el adolescente y su familia, ocasionado que se presente comportamientosdelictivos. Las teorías del desarrollo social mantienen que el comportamiento de los jóvenes se encuentra muy influenciado por los vínculos que desarrollan con los grupos sociales más importantes en sus vidas, a saber; la familia, la escuela, el grupo de amigos y la comunidad en general, puesto que dependiendo de estos vínculos su futuro comportamiento será prosocial o antisocial. Identificándosecomo principal elemento a destacar el papel que juega la familia, ya que es el primer factor quien involucra al sujeto en el medio social, por lo cual es de gran importancia en el desarrollo de los adolescentes y de su interacción con el entorno. Así mismo una pronta intervención familiar de carácter psicológica conllevará a que se reduzca no sólo comportamientos y conductas antisocialesasociadas a la delincuencia, sino también la propia delincuencia juvenil. En este articulo se pretende establecer la magnitud de la importancia del factor familia en este tipo de población, las características relevantes que poseen, y de igual forma indagar en los diferentes estrategias de prevención.
