Many times we complain about laws, but laws in fact are the product of our own reason so we can live an order as a society. Otherwise wewould not have the right to freedom, property, justice or any other right that enhances our nature as thinking human beings. If any lawattempts to our existence there is no reason to that law to exist.
Sometimes we want to break certain laws and deeply we feel that we are notdoing anything wrong that is because sometimes laws are not based on respecting human dignity. In some countries, the essence and purpose oflaw is order in society but we dont realice that laws must always be based on human dignity therefore if each person respects the other as abeing with the same rights, the order in the society comes along and no law would be unfair, ineffective, and unconstitutional.
If weanalyze when the birth of law was? The answer is easy, since the existing of reazonable beings law exists, is part of our moral judgement andour own essence.
Today every law comes with a punishment leaving oursefls to act with no free will. We don’t have the freedom in any way wewish without punishment provided, we must not based our acts in the punishment we will receive, we just have to think if we are attemptingto ourselves or others, here is when I rember Confucius "Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself" a golden rule of life.
