Lemon cheesecake
Hello ladies and gentleman welcome to the American food festival , my name is marcos vargas and im with my friends Andres villabona , gaydygaviria,jhon f rdriguez fron 10 c grade , we are pleased to present you the preparation of a luxurious plate . Today we are gonna introduce you how to preparate adelicious American food : lemon cheesecake . now start we are gonna tell you the ingredients:
INGREDIENTS:
• 250 g of crackers maria
• 100 g unsalted butter, cubed
• 4sheets of gelatin
• finely grated lemon rind
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 350 g cream cheese
• 200 g of powdered sugar
• 300 ml of heavy cream
Preparation
1: cover thepan with paper, put the cookies in a bag and flatten with a rolling
2: Melt the butter and pour over crumbs, mix well
3: With a wooden spoon, press the cookiedough from the mold base
4: In a bowl soak refractory gelatin in lemon juice for 5 minutes to soften
5: put the bowl in a double boiler and stir to melt the gelatin andallow to cool
6: whisk together cheese, sugar and lemon zest until it forms a smooth mixture
7: In another bowl whisk together milk cremad and until peaks form,there should be very firm
8: beat the gelatin mixture to cheese mixture and stir well
9: incorporate gently whipped cream cheese mixture should not perdes volume
10:Pour the cheese mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly cold
11: smooth the surface with a wet spatula or wet cuchada
12: refrigerate for 4 hours orovernight, spend cuchullo sharp and thin around the edge
13: Carefully pass the cheesecake to a plate and make sure retirr baking paper before cutting into portions.
