Main Functions
Administration, control and continuous improvement on the following responsibilities:
-MRP materials purchasing processes
-MRO materials purchasing processes
-Contracts and services
-Warehouses and inventories
-Maintain control and order on assigned sections of the plant´s courtyard
-Suppliers evaluations-Strategic negotiations
-Budget administration
Achieving the previous duties through monitoring key process indicators, as well as identifying opportunity areas and executing improvement changes to the related processes in order to have a better performance and increase efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain area, all the previous focused to obtain costs reductions and savings.
Aspart of the responsibilities is the administration of the purchasing budget of 534 million pesos per year, and the administration of inventories of 40 million pesos. Personnel under my supervision: 13 people.

- As a result of the previously mentioned a cost reduction of $246,000 USD per year.
- Inventory level reduction of 30%, it was reduced from $4.6 to $3.2 million USD ($1.4 million USD reduction).
