INTRODUCCIÓN

Este proyecto ha sido elaborado como requisito de aprobación delcurso de Formulación de Proyectos del Posgrado de Gestión de Servicios de Salud del Instituto CLAEH.
Se trata de una propuesta, desde el Departamento de Enfermería, para la reestructura en la atención de enfermería a los usuarios/pacientes del Sanatorio N°2 de CO.ME.CA. Santa Lucía.
Está orientada a mejorar la calidad de atención, mediante una intervención definida, con base en la atenciónintegral, la que centraliza la asistencia de enfermería en el paciente, sus necesidades, y su satisfacción en cuanto al servicio obtenido.
Incorpora la supervisión y evaluación como factor indispensable en la medición de los resultados.
Una vez aprobado el proyecto, se aplicará en el servicio de enfermería del Sanatorio N°2 de CO.ME.CA. Santa Lucía.
