It seeks to cover the needs of wanting to be in an international environment, learning from other cultures, wanting to reveal the connection of the business field with the engineering field. It also seeks to satisfy the needs of wanting to know a little bit of everything in business. It seeks to provide students with the necessary knowledge and technical skills to understand the modern world of business, preparing them for a future of professional success. The aim is to offer students a setting for analysis, in order to be able to conceive the World and solve problems‐ independently of the industry, career or country they come from or where they are. How does BES La Salle satisfy the above‐mentioned needs? ‐ In order to maintain the high quality of the education La Salle ensures that the professors of the university not only have enough theoretical knowledge because of a high university degree, but also have had some experience in business and in the labour market. Having so many international students coming to La Salle, some just for a semester and some taking the whole degree enriches the intercultural experience and covers the needs of learning from other cultures. Because you can choose to take the whole degree in English, which is now considered a main international language, it even more forwards the international atmosphere. Last but not least BES La Salle covers the needs of connecting business with engineering by making students from the Business School work on projects with the students from the Engineering School. Finally by having different subjects like marketing, accounting, microeconomics etc, La Salle’s bachelor degree not only focuses on one specific field of business, but offers an overall knowledge preparing the students as well as possible for the job market.

Whom does La Salle have as consumers? ‐ Currently La Salle Business School addresses student/young markets, who are at the point of their lives where they need to chose the most important step of their lives; choosing thee right higher education which will lead them on further in their lives or the international students who wish to go abroad for an international experience. These groups’ age approximately goes from 17 to 25 years old.
