Introduction In today‟s world, international business has become animportant part of every nation‟s economy, because of all the advantages that come from dealing with different types of cultures. This movement was responsible for the fast development of Multinational Companies. In order to succeed they learnt that they have to adapt to the place where they plan to do business (Ramirez & Kwok, 2009). Moreover, this involves several and strong efforts in terms ofmanagement, facing different types of issues and controversy.
