The food has been more than a human need it has become a human delight until get an addiction. The gluttony, the abuses, the ignorance and the disorders in the diet, have taken us to a total imbalance of the organism that has generated diverse diseases; Other aspects that have collaborated to come to this point have been the consumerism, the speedand the stress of the modern life, the integration of the woman to the labor life, the capitalism, etc..
The truth is that have a good feed or to know how to eat is a point of conscience because our body is our temple and we have turned it a basket of garbage consuming from alcoholic drinks, changing meals for cigarettes, consuming food full of saturated fats, colourings, chemical, addictive,flavors and many things just to delight the human palate and inclusive to fill emotional emptinesses.
All that shows us the changes they have taken place in our life, of going on from the rural thing to the urban thing, from the natural thing to the artificial thing and likewise to lose our culture and leaving us to go for the advertising and the stereotypes imposed by the consumerism and theglobalization.

The ignorance have been our major problem, let’s star for knowing that we have to keep the balanced of PH between the acid thing and the basic thing (alkaline);
What leads us to the disease?
The acidification of our organism...
How do we get like this?
-With the consumption excessive of coffee
-The acid phosphoric of the tinned drinks the consumption of the colas (darkdrinks)
-Refined sugar
-The refined cereal
-The excess of protein
-The excess of cereals and vegetables
-Salt

We all live these ones in our diary living with this way:
Teenagers Meetings where we consume alcohol, cigarette, chewing gums, gaseous drinks, French fries, Hamburgers for example Mc Donal’s, daily lunch excess of carbohydrates lipids and proteins, occasional meeting withfriend’s coffee and cigarettes and finally celebrations where we consume alcohol cigarette cakes, candies, lechona etc.
The above lead us to an excess and this -- to an acidification of the body and this -- to and this -- to the inflammation of your internal organs and this -- to cancer.
How do we know that an acidification body?
1) Obesity or overweight
2) Retention of liquids
3) Digestive problems4) Poisoning of the body

The acidification of the body it is given to us by the consumption of negative pole food, and likewise altered our energetic and magnetic field when we change this we become to balance people.
How do we do undergoing detoxification?
Doing a total positive diet
- Fresh fruits and vegetables preferably organic
-Alkalizing broths
- Green algae or spiruline
- Threedays of red rice boiled and a little of gomacio (brown sesame and sea salt macerated in mortar)
- To chew all the food very well

Although a lackof food and nutrition is commonly associated with poor diet-related illnesses, overconsumption is just as much of a problem.
