The Princess and The Frog
The princess and the frog is the first Disney movide to include an afro-american princess.
It is an old-fashionedhand-drawn animation movie that is based on a story of the Grimm Brothers.
The set of this movie is in New Orleans in the 1920s.
The movie is about a hardworking waitressnamed Tiana that always had big dreams, believed in fairy tales but never that good things can happen when you wishing upon a star.
Her father always tought herthat you could achieve good things by working hard on your dreams. When she was little her mother tell her friend her the story of ‘The princess and the Frog’. She wassurprised about the fact that the princess actually kissed the frog she said she’ll never do that.
She grew up working very hard on a restaurant of New Orleans,and she was saving money so one day she could maker her dream come true, that was to own their own New Orleans restaurant and cook good food for everyone.
MeenwhileNaveen, the penniless crown prince of Maldonia had to look for a wife; Later he met a voodo master Dr. Facilier that turned him into a frog.
As in the originalstory, the kiss of a princess will set him free, but insted, the girl (Tiana) he kissed, who wasnt a princess, turned into a frog aswell.
With the help of atrumpet-playing alligator, a Cajun firefly, and an old blind lady who lives in a boat in a tree, Naveen and Tiana must race to break the spell and fulfill their dreams.
Its amovie that includes incredible soudtracks combined with the clasic music of New Orleans, jazz. It makes the movie come alive.
