Esta cancion fue grabada por “The Beatles” con John Lennon como voz líder. Salio en su primer álbum llamado “please please me”. Originalmente esta canción fue escrita por Phil Medley y Bert Russell. Alcanzo mucho éxito en el reino unido y en los estados unidos. Fue grabada en Londres en 1963. Su género es Rock y Soul.
The Beatles fue una bandainglesa de rock que se formó en Liverpool en 1960. Es frecuentemente reconocida como la más comercialmente exitosa y críticamente aclamada en la historia de la música popular. Surgio durante los años 70. Fue famosa tanto por sus peculiares disfraces, como por sus canciones pegadizas, con letras sugerentes y llenas de dobles sentidos. Los miembros originales del grupo eran:
* Victor Willis (el policía);* Felipe Rose (el Amerindio);
* David Hodo (el constructor);
* Alex Briley (el militar), de marinero junto a Willis para la canción In the Navy;
* Glenn Hughes (el motero);
* Randy Jones (el vaquero).
Estas personificaciones masculinas eran insinuaciones nada sutiles sobre la presunta homosexualidad del grupo, plasmadas de acuerdo con los estereotipos o tópicos gays de laépoca.
