1. The Government of Chile is member of the International Agreement on Maritime Rescue and Salvage of
1979. For the fulfillment of this Agreement, it is indispensable to rely on the most complete information
possible as to the plan of navigation ofvessels in national waters.
2. For this effect and for the purpose of granting you the maximum safety during your voyage, the DIRECCION
GENERAL DEL TERRITORIO MARITIMO Y DE MARINA MERCANTE, requests you to complete the attached
form with information as to the plan of navigation between this and your next port, as described below:
a) Indicating geographical points representing the plan ofnavigation, with a maximum separation of up to
120 nautical miles, as follows:

b) Indicating for each section of the plan, the estimated speed as follows:

1. El gobierno de Chile es miembro del acuerdo internacional en rescate marítimo y del salvamento de 1979.
Para el cumplimiento de este acuerdo, es imprescindible confiar en la informaciónmás completa posible en
cuanto al plan de la navegación de navíos en aguas nacionales.
2. Para este efecto y con el fin de concederle la seguridad máxima durante su viaje, la DIRECCIÓN GENERAL
DEL TERRITORIO MARÍTIMO Y DE MARINA MERCANTE, solicita que usted complete el formulario adjunto
con la información en cuanto al plan de navegación entre éste y el siguiente puerto, según lo descrito abajo:a) Indicación de puntos geográficos que representan el plan de navegación, con una separación máxima de
hasta 120 millas náuticas, como sigue:
