No More Guns
The year 1774 was pivotal in the history of the United States. It marked the beginning of the Revolutionary War, which lasted 13 years and claimed thousands of lives. Fighting against the British, the Americans had to rely on individual citizens because they did not have a well-organized army. As farmers and hunters, many citizens already owned guns. These rifles provedindispensable in defeating the British. After the war, citizens were reluctant to give up their rifles as they feared future invasions. Because of this fears, an amendment was added to the Constitutions of the United State guaranteeing citizen the right to bear arms. Times have changed, however. The United State has one of the largest military forces in the world, and Americans are no longer called upon touse their own weapons in the military. Although people no longer need guns for this purpose, there are in fact over 200,000,000 guns in circulation. Unfortunately, gun-related deaths continue to increase every year, with many innocent people losing their lives. Despite the original intention of the Second Amendment, the United States would be much better off if ownership of guns by private citizenswas outlawed.
The first benefit of marking guns illegal is that the number of accidental shootings would decrease. No more guns on the streets, communities and cities, indicating that no one can use them to the misuse. So not having weapons have no more shots that sometimes causes accidents. This proscription is suitable for everyone because it helps reduce crime in society. Help reduce the rateof thousands of people who have had serious accidents caused by guns.
Another benefit of outlawing guns is that the streets would be safer. The streets and community would be safer if guns were illegal. People can go out and enjoy your social life in peace and security. Parents would be calm and confident when children play in the parks. Respect the privacy of every individual to make decisionsabout which place they want to go no matter what time it is. All places are no longer safer because most evil people use guns to do harm to others in dark and lonely places. But people would be free to make the decision to enjoy anywhere they want to visit without worries.
If guns were illegal, people would be less likely to harm loves one in moments of anger. No more deaths will occur in peoplewho unconsciously acts either because they are angry, tired of a problem for couples, depression, among others. Innocent people such as children and the elderly are more secure because they depend on some supervision, and would not be victims of violence as they occur in most cases. If there is ever a problem on marriage, friends and family that involves aggression, they people can make thedecision on dialogue with each other. They appreciate the life of every human being and respect the right of any person to continue living without people being injured by guns.

Some people say that they feel safer having a gun at home. However, if guns were more difficult to own, fewer criminals would have them. Fewer guns would lead to a decrease in the number of gun-related crimes and victim. Thisis because they would not have people doing evil with weapons offenses against others. Because only have access to guns persons authorized by any federal agency of the United States. There would be fewer crimes because it is making the proper use of weapons by authorized personnel only. Consequently weapons would not be used for the purpose of killing someone but for safety only and without doingany harm to innocent people.

Statistics show that the occurrence of violent crime is much lower in countries that do not allow citizens to carry weapons. Although it is doubtful that the United States would ever completely outlaw the private ownership of weapons, how nice it would be to lower the risk of being shot.
