INTRODUCCION
El presente trabajo investigativo se va a enfocar en nuestro departamento, es decir en Lambayeque, debido a que es un punto de desarrollo para el Perú ya que de una u otra manera los empresarios se están dando cuenta elgran potencial que presenta la región , en los distintos sectores como lo son : turísticos, comercio, minero, pesqueros, agrícola etc.
En nuestra región se está generando una innegable fuerza motora para el crecimiento económico, generando fuentes de empleo, eslabonamientos productivos y desarrollando nuevas capacidades económicas. En esa realidad juega un papel importante la iniciativaprivada, con la llegada de inversionistas chilenos, españoles entre otros, llegando a establecer de esta manera sucursales de bancos, mal plaza, boticas, hipermercados como lo son: Sodimac, Tottus, Metro, Saga Fagabella, Ripley, Scotiabank, Plaza vea entre otros.
En esa óptica es imperativo el conocimiento del real esfuerzo de los inversionistas privados, sus montos de inversión, los espacios...
