PARKINSON:
Parkinson's disease is a disorder that affects nerve cells, or neurons, in a part of the brain that controls muscle movement. Neurons that produce dopamine, die or do not work correctly.Dopamine normally sends signals that help coordinate their movements. No one knows what damages these cells. Symptoms of Parkinson's disease may include:
* Hand tremor, arms, legs, jaw and face* Stiffness in the arms, legs and trunk
* Slowness of movement
* Problems with balance and coordination
Parkinson's disease usually begins around age 60, but may occur earlier. It is muchmore common among men than among women. There is no cure for Parkinson's disease. There are several medications that sometimes help symptoms dramatically improve.

Transmission:
While it is unclearexactly what causes Parkinson's disease, scientific discoveries have found some genetic links with disease. Having a family history of Parkinson's disease is an important factor in diagnosing thedisease in younger people.

Symptoms:
* Tremor in the arms and legs, initially on one side of the body when walking or resting.
* Slowness of movement, especially in the beginning and / orterminate a rapid repetitive movement, which is known as bradykinesia.
* Deterioration of mental function (dementia).
* Difficulty swallowing, speech, and control urination and constipation problems.* Visual hallucinations.

Diagnosis:
Parkinson's disease diagnosed by a physician who observes the patient's symptoms, it takes a complete physical examination and medical history. Diagnosisdepends on the presence of slow motion and at least one of the other main symptoms: tremor, rigidity and balance problems. Although tremor and bradykinesia on one side of the body are typical of thegradual development of the disease, 25% of people with Parkinson's do not experience tremor.
