Imagination encircles the world” (Albert Einstein) Withoutimagination where would our dreams come from or where would our passions develop? Without knowledge how would we get our diploma and then how would we make a living and have jobs? It is a balance between thetwo that creates an ideal life, but it is all engineered in our minds and acted upon with our knowledge. My life is like a picture with a broken frame, not yet complete but still fixable. The picturepainted is an outcome of my equestrian career, academic accomplishments, and traveling experiences.
“Their long, slender legs ate up the ground with such power and grace one could not help butstare, jaw dropped, feet planted. This serene beauty could only be one thing, a herd of joyous horses galloping through the bountiful grass.” And so a dream began, small at first, but a dreamnonetheless. Little did anyone know this dream would consume the greater part of my life for many years to come. I was 6 years old when I first discovered horses. Their beauty fascinated me, but also by theirability to love unconditionally, without judgment. At 6 years old I didn’t just discover horses, I discovered a love more powerful than most experience in their lifetime. As they years went on, Icontinued to take lessons and learn about horses and their abilities. The idea of having my own horse was like a dream come true, even though I never thought it possible. My life truly changed the day Imet Dream, a small ugly little horse at the barn I was riding at. My trainer warned me time and time again that he was “rogue” and would never amount to anything. I didn’t care; I bought Dream thatsame week. For months he
