PURPOSE

The purpose of this plan-procedure is toestablish clearly how the contractor will develop the activity during the FW system shutdown for the Tie-In V84-014 / 015 and 016 in Metering Areas, defining scope of work, pre-shutdown works, materials, equipment man power required, and responsibilities themselves, included execution time of the Job.

With this plan-procedure, the work will guarantee safety procedure, accurate execute,minimize risk, save time.

SCOPE OF WORK

Incorporate the extension FW line # 12”-FW-10376-12FE0U in the existing line # 12”-FW-9601-2E3E through Tie-In # V84-015 & 016. Also, incorporate the new Monitor, Line # 4”-FW-10377-12FE0U, through Tie-In # V84-014.

Personnel and RESPONSIBILITIES

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: shall be responsible for supervise; implement guarantee and this procedure.

QA/QCMANAGER: shall be responsible along with his inspectors to ensure that the works are carried out with respect to the procedure.

SUPERINTENDENT AND SUPERVISOR: shall be responsible for deploying qualified personnel who have good record, to carry out the works, assigning qualified personnel who have been trained specially for the works. It’s also responsible to follow and execute thisplan-procedure in safe condition, within time planned.

PERSONNEL / WORKER: Shall be responsible for execute the job, under supervision of the supervisor and superintendent, if it’s requested.

The job will be developed using three (03) crews:

Crew A: Compound by three (03) laminator, two (02) Pipe Fitters, two (02) helpers. This crew will be in charged to install the spools and to do the joints(Lamination). It’s important to call attention that, the tie-in V84-014, request two (02) joint, where both joints will be made at same time.

Crew B: Compound by four (04) mechanical workers. This crew will be in charged to install the valves, supporting crew A. Also, support any logistic activity requested.

Crew C: Compound by two (02) carpenters, and two (02) helpers. This crew will be incharged of install the trust block in the new monitor.

Material and equipment

• The contractor guarantee, enough material for complete the lamination, in all over the joints. Also the gasket and bolt requested in the job.

• Grinder

• Two (02) set of the heating blanket.

• One (01) Air Compressor

• On (01) Concrete Mixed

• Two(02) light tower

• Two (02) Welder machine like power generator
