Introducción

En la planificación de un proyecto informático, se identifica una serie de tareas del proyecto, se establecen interdependencias entre las tareas, se estima el esfuerzo asociado con cada tarea, se hace la asignación de personal y de otros recursos, se crea una "red de tareas", y se desarrolla una agenda de fechas. Esta serie detareas deben ser abordadas con profesionalismo y en la habilidad que se posea para poder determinar dichas tareas dependerá el éxito o fracaso de un proyecto.
