Introduction

Japan is one of the countries around the world that has the strongest economies. In the past years Japanese companies have been taking more and more power, and we had the opportunity to see how some of the biggest international companies started to apply some of the techniques applied in Japan. The world started to focus on Japan. So you might be wondering why, nowadays thegovernment of Japan is trying to apply new politics, and is wondering how they will maintain its economy in the future.

The main reason is that Japan is now facing a decrease in its population, and with this decrease is going to be impossible for them to maintain their economic level.

There are many reasons why the economic level of a country depends on its population, in many levels countriesare just as companies, and remember people is the best asset of any company. In this case with a population that is getting older and less people in the age of working; Japan is going to be spending a lot of money on retirement funds and social security, and receiving less money on taxes every day. That´s why if Japan wants to maintain or improve its economic level, right now, should be thinking onincreasing their population, with an special focus on the population on the age of working.

Japan is not the only country facing this kind of problems; actually it seems that most of the developed countries are facing the same problem. In my opinion the truth is that people with more level of education and with a better job, tend to be more informed, and think more before taking the decisionof having a baby; while in less developed countries people usually don´t have resources and the information and therefore usually have a lot of children. Because of that in a certain way when a country gives its population a better level of education, they have the risk of having problems in a future with their population growth. However, obviously the answer is not to decrease the level ofeducation in the country; so What is the answer? What can a country do in order to improve this situation? As I´ve said before, Japan is not the only country facing this problem, because of that I believe that a good approach will be to study what are other countries doing to solve this problem, in this way Japan could take the good things of this other countries, and in a way take some ideas ofpossible solutions. In this easy I will focus on explaining how other countries are trying to solve this problem, and how I believe Japan could apply these solutions to its own country. Of course each country is different and therefore the solution might have to change or adapt to the current situation and the culture of Japan, but still I believe this is a good way of getting ideas.

I hope you get tolike this easy and that you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Ukraine measures to increase population growth rate

One of the main problems that Ukraine has is their high migration level, according to the CIA´s World Factbook, the migration rate in Ukraine in 2011 was of -0.08 migrant(s)/1,000 population; this means that for each 10,000 people living in Ukraine 8 decide togo and live abroad. As you can imagine this numbers are really serious, because Ukraine is spending money in education and Health services in order to improve the productivity of a labor force that at the end is going to be working to improve the economy of another country. Based on this numbers the government of Ukraine decided that the best approach will be trying to reduce this migration level. How can a country reduce the migration level? In order to answer this question first you have to answer the question: why do people decide to live in a different country? There are many points to take on account, bad level of the education institutions, insecurity, inefficient health services, unemployment, etc.

Ukraine chose to focus in unemployment; in this case the solution will be...
