Ingredients:
400g. of flour

A glass of brandy anise
4 eggs
400g. of ‘’requesón’’
400g. of sugar

2 spoonfulsof sugar glass

Primero:
Ponga la harina en un recipiente junto con el aceite, el anís, el agua y mezcle hasta formar una masa ligera y homogénea. Extiéndala forrando elfondo y los laterales de un molde desmontable. Reserve.
A continuación, casque los huevos en el vaso de la batidora, añada el requesón, el azúcar y la hierbabuena y bata todo lentamentehasta que esté bien mezclado.
Después:
Vierta el batido en el molde preparado e introdúzcalo en el horno, precalentando a 165°C (325° F), durante unos 40 minutos o hasta que el pastel estécocido y la superficie dorada. Retire la quesada del horno y déjela enfriar.
Finalmente:
Desmóldela, espolvoree la superficie con azúcar glass y decórela a su gusto antes de servir.
