SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment.
RENTER -
Guest renting mustbe 25 years or older.
PAYMENT -
Acceptable payment methods are Visa, Master Charge, Discover or Echeck.
Reservation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date – Payment in full at time ofcontract signing. Payment shall be made in US dollars only.
Reservation made more than 30 days prior to arrival date – A reservation deposit of $150.00 is due at time of contract signing.Balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
Failure to pay the final reservation payment in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the reservationdeposit.
CHECK-IN: AFTER 4 P.M. EST. CHECKOUT: 11 A.M. EST.
NO Early Check-in or late check-out.
This is a NON SMOKING unit.
CANCELLATIONS - All requests for acancellation must be made in writing.
In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify the Owner/Manager as soon as possible.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival datewill incur no penalty.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date – Refund of $50.00 Unintentional damage waiver. All other funds will be forfeited.
No refunds for early departure.There is no penalty for moving booking to a later date (dependent on availability). All funds will be applied to new reservation date. Reservation change must be in writing
(e-mail accepted).Deadline for reservation change is 30 days prior to arrival date.
This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guestsis limited to eight (8) persons.
More than the maximum number of 8 persons may not stay overnight in the property. All persons in the property are the sole responsibility of Guest.
