FACE
Your photos are used to evaluate your current condition as well as your desired surgical goals. Using a well lit, solid background, photograph only areas of your body that relate to thecosmetic procedure(s) you desire. Please submit your photographs in the following format:
Photo Setup
* The camera should be held at the same height as your face.
* Facial features should berelaxed.
* No smiling or frowning.
* Make sure hair is pulled back with a band or clip.
* Keep jaw line in a relaxed, natural position.
* Do not try to push jaw out or "pose."
* The morerelaxed you are, the more useful the pictures will be.

BREAST

Photo Setup
* Photos must be taken without any bra or top on.
* The camera should be held at the same height as your breast.* Photos should include the area from just below the neck - with shoulders visible - to just above the belly button.
* Hands and arms should not be raised as this lifts the breast to anunnatural position.
* Rest hands on your hips with elbows bent naturally to the sides or resting naturally straight back.
* The more relaxed you are, the more useful the picture will be.

BODYPhoto Setup
* The camera should be held at the same height as your belly button.
* Photos should include the area from just below the chin to your feet.
* The areas to be examined shouldbe visible. A small bikini is fine for frontal views, but back views should be taken nude.
* In the frontal picture hands should be raised to the sides (frisk position) and your upper arms shouldbe parallel to the floor.
* Do not "suck in" the abdomen as this creates an unnatural position.
* The more relaxed you are, the more useful the picture will be.
