Good Morning everyone!
Well, I'm going to talk about a purchase that I did a few years ago. I bought a new phone in gollostores. It was a touch phone and it cost thousands of colones but it damaged very easily. I was coming from calculus classesand I had my phone in my backpack. I got in to the car and my cousin was with me in the rear of the car, I started talkingto my aunt, and my cousin put his elbow over my backpack exactly in the place that was my phone. When we got home, my phonedidn't work, suddenly I saw a scratch on its screen and I said crap! I went to gollos store to claim my guarantee, the phonehad like 3 months. They sent it to the workshop to diagnosticate if the problem was caused by me or it was a normalproblem. A month later i received my phone and it still didn't work. They told me that I need to pay to fix the phone because thescreen was broken. And it came worse than it was before. The software was damaged, in the workshop they stole my memorystick and the battery doesn't fit in its place. I was furious. I took my phone back, because i hadn't the money to fix it. Andthere's my phone in the closet waiting for money from wallet to be fixed. That was a my story about complain with purchases
