Introducción.
El concepto de Sociedad de Inversión de Capital Variable (SICAV) surge como una figura de inversión colectiva, bastante común por su utilización en Europa Occidental, especialmente en Luxemburgo, Suiza, Italia, España y Francia con la característica de que el inversor, en principio, tiene derecho en todo momento asolicitar la redención de sus unidades y el pago del importe a reembolsar en efectivo.
