Listen to an interview with a Kung-Fu fighter.

Interviewer: Hi Guillermo! How long have you practiced Tae Kwon Do?

Guillermo: Well, I think I have practiced Tae Kwon Do since I was around 10 or 8 years old.

Interviewer: What can you tell me about this sport or martial art?

Guillermo: First of all Tae Kwon Do is not just a sport but it has also become a discipline where you have tocombine meditation techniques with physical training.

Interviewer: Okay. Tell me, I have heard Tae Kwon Do is a self-defense sport, What do
makes it different from other self-defense sports?

Guillermo: Well as I told you before Tae Kwon Do is not just another street-fighting sport where you have to strike with the feet your opponent also to become a good fighter you have to spend longhours training your body
as well as your mind.

Interviewer: How does a Tae Kwon Do fighter train?

Guillermo: We have a very complete training, we use many different combat techniques but at the beginning we start with an aerobic workout which help us to avoid possible injuries.

Interviewer: Finally, please tell us. Have you ever been in a competition?

Guillermo: Well I found myselftraining and getting well-prepared for the next Olympic games so hopefully in 2012 I will bring the first-ever Tae Kwon Do Olympic medal.
