Having values through out your life in general is important in many aspects, it makes you know what you want, what you need andhow to look at things. They are taught since you’re young so you can grow up with well developed values and use them further on.

I’ve realized that valuesdo have an effect on many, if not all cultures. While some cultures are very traditional or complex and have many celebrations and others are simple andmodern I think we all need to have good values to be able to appreciate everything within it, if we started to do the contrary by not respecting or losing touchwith our personal cultures they could soon start tearing apart like many lost cultures from many years ago; it would cause us to lose our roots and most prizedaspects.

I think that when you are talking about values socially they play even a bigger role since it is something we portray in our daily lives. Ibelieve not having values taught at a young age can make you not know what’s right and what’s wrong because they have no way of learning; it can lead toconsequences like bad behavior and not having any goals in life. Also it will absolutely affect you while trying to socialize because in this country a bad attitude andlack of values is frowned upon to.

In conclusion all that is left to say that values are extremely important and we cannot discard them out of what we doin our lives because they show how and who we are, we will always need to show our values at work, school, family, culture and everything in between.
