ITW Security and Brand Identity Group, Phoseon Technology, and BDT Media Automation GmbH are proud to showcase their unique turnkey product decorating solution at Pack Expo, Las Vegas -- Booth #9705. The show is being heldOctober 22- 24, 2014. BDT's media handling technology will be integrated with the ITW Inspiration Digital InkJet Single Pass & Phoseon's UV LED curing technology- providing one complete system for its users.
The demonstration incorporates BDT's Tornado-based Product Feeder (TPF) and will be able to perform off-line processing of various packaging materials. The system will feed, align, print, cure andstack -- all with minimal user intervention and greatly shortened job set up times.
ITW's Inspiration Digital Ink Jet combines high performance with speed to print high quality images with virtually limitless number of colors, as well as the ability to print variable data - showing the ease and flexibility in which it can print on demand. This innovative decorating system provides vibrant colorsand clarity, as well as the ability to print variable data, unique product identification, barcodes and more. With the Inspiration Single Pass marketers can print on a multitude of substrates and accommodate targeted printing from the macro arena of geographic or cultural targeting, to the local and individual level.
