By giving the definitions previously mentioned, a number of key issues arise from this problem which merit closer examination. Diseases have always have been a natural part of human life, but these have constantly been strongly affected by ones that cannot be cured or at least be alleviated with respect to symptoms. Today, stem cells offer the tools to reverse this situation, this has beendemonstrated with encouraging facts such as Jose Tomas Bastias, who suffers anemia and had to undergo surgery with 2 samples of umbilical cords .If we provide him with an adequate research, he can continue being treated.( esta era la idea??).

Therefore, we strongly believe that medical research and application must be done for the following reasons:

Firstly, diseases that are currently able tobe treated with these cells, despite how little we know of them, line 75, this number is increasing with every passing year and if projected by 2020 they could be 200.

Secondly, It`s extraordinary potential to become any cell type has made them assume a destination full of applications ranging from neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's, to the manufacture of tissue andorgans for transplantation, through diabetes and heart disease, paving the way for a new type of medicine, regenerative medicine.

In our country, research has already been adopted by universities and hospitals and we have 4 banks specializing in the maintenance of these cells taken from umbilical cord and it’s usage. Meanwhile, adult stem cell research is in progress and with the full approval ofboth the scientific community and the Vatican.

Today, research is already a fact and a clear example of this is that countries like Spain, England and Germany have already taken the first step in obtaining results of this;Just to mention a few are

One :
The Hospital in La Paz ,Madrid, which is leading the first clinical trial in phase two in the world with stem cells to treat disease inpatients with fistulizing anorectal Crohn’s disease.(my dad has this disease!)

Two:
the Hospital of Barcelona, Teknon Medical Center and Hospital General de l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, with support from other institutions are collaborating on a study of different therapies with stem cells from bone marrow to repair severe fractures that cannot be welded by auto grafts

And finally athird recent example is the regeneration of cardiac tissue after myocardial infarction(que es esto?) by implanting stem cells from bone marrow.

Collection methods vary and it is only a myth that the best results can be obtained with the extract from the blastocysts as recent research showed that the umbilical cord contains this type of cells that are present in our body mass(no entendî, sorry! Laconclusion tiene que ser aùn mas convicente!

Classroom debates are often used by teachers to motivate students to think critically about issues. Arguments on both sides have to be clear, concise and persuasive. Just as trial lawyers orpoliticians have to convince their audience that their position is the right one, students in school debates must be prepared and informed to win the debate. The closing argument is integral to this process. Not only does it summarize all the key points, it is also the last thing the audience hears. Several strategies can be used to write a successful closing argument.
- Summarize
• School debatesonly allow a few minutes for a closing argument, so a quick summary of all the important points is key. Writing the closing is like writing the conclusion paragraph in a paper for class. It sums everything up. Look over all the arguments made during the debate, and then repeat them in the same order in your closing. You want the ideas to be fresh in the audience members minds, so emphasize the...
