1. In terms of the above concepts and in terms of “Strategic Drift” what Phase is this organisation in at the close of the case? Justifyyour argument.
In my thing the company is the decline, but probably is not correct, the problem of this company is that in the past, the company grows very fast and not grows correctly, grow very messyand now need to restructure the company and continue growing.
In terms of Strategic Drift the company is the ”Transformational change or death”, but have a long life if the change are good.2. Outline which elements of the four strategy lenses, Design, Experience Ideas and Discourse, can you relate to in your analysis of this introductory case?
* Strategy as design: In this casethe company grow without strategy, because was the first company in the market and didn’t any strategy to grow, in the moment that the company have more competence and the environment change, thecompany needs a strategy.
* Strategy as experience: The company want to change the strategy and isn’t a static organization.
* Strategy as ideas: In this case only have two people of ideas, Thegeneral manager and the marketing manager, is important to Lessing the rest of the company.
* Strategy as discourse: Is very important that the managers of the company Lessing the rest of thepeople, because the people of the company are the big Active of the company and is very important that the employers are satisfy.

In this case and is similar to all the company, the best solutions in combine the four strategy, because always the companies have problems in the four strategies.
