Psychosomatic Stress
Stress is the body's response to external conditions that disrupt a person's balance and the word and now uses the term "psychosomatic" to express therelationship between body and psyche or mind, so the word psychosomatic stress means, the damages it causes the stress on the brain and mind of people.

Types of Stressors
The stressors are:
1.The violence, both physical and mental, such as robbery, rape or robbery. This type of stressor affects too, because it is a person who attempts against your person and you cannot do anything.2. The agglomeration and the overcrowding, which causes increased aggressiveness of the individual, for by nature man defends his living space.

3. The stimulus overload: related media suchas television, radio, internet and commercials, which carry distorted messages, causing that human behavior is affected.

4. The unemployment: given the loss of purchasing power, people start to getangry and desperate not to find a new job to help them to cover the basic household needs.

5. The loud noise: it has been determined that the sounds are very loud, produce arterial pressure,deafness, headaches and anxiety, which causes people to be angry.

6. The destruction of nature, including logging, drying rivers and streams constitute a stressor for people, because they areour natural resources is not well to be exploited indiscriminately.

7. The transit: especially in large cities, the cluster of vehicles, and lack of alternative means oftransport, determine stress because people are late to work and school, and is time consuming and difficult to catch up with the activities of the day.

8. The work: in the workplace generated much tension such as lack ofmotivation, job instability, fluctuations in supply and demand, all of which predisposes an individual to a stressful situation, because the work is with what we cover our needs basic, which is...
