Hacer mal uso de las herramientas de aprendizaje.
Hacer daño a cualquier persona relacionada con el SENA sea física o mentalmente.3-¿CUANDO UN APRENDIZ SOLICITA UN RETIRO VOLUNTARIO QUE IMPLICACION TRAE LA TOMA DE ESTA DECISIÓN?
El aprendiz no puede ser aspirante durante los seis meses siguientes
4-¿Cuál ES EL PLAZO MAXIMOESTABLECIDO PARA PRESENTAR UN SOPORTE COMPROBABLE DE LA SITUACION POR LA CUAL SE DA INCUMPLIMIENTO A LAS ACTIVIDADES Y PROCESOS DE APRENDIZAJE?
El plazo máximo son dos días hábiles para presentar pruebas delporque no se pudo desarrollar la actividad
5-¿CUAL ES EL OBJETIVO DE LAS REUNIONES PROGRAMADAS CADA TRIMESTRE POR EL COMITÉ DE EVALUACION Y SEGUIMIENTO?
Se reunirá para la aplicación delprocedimiento de este reglamento
6-¿Qué SON TRAMITES ACADEMICOS?
Traslado, aplazamiento, reingreso y retiro voluntario
7-MANUEL QUIERE SABER SI ES NECESARIO CUMPLIR CON LAS ACTIVIDADES CONCERTADAS EN EL PLANDE MEJORAMIENTO DURANTE SU PROCESO DE FORMACION ADEMAS DE CONOCER ¿CUAL ES LA ACCION CORRECTIVA A LA QUE ESTARIA EXPUESTO POR ESTE INCUMPLIMIENTO?
El caso de Manuel puede ser llevado al comité deevaluación y seguimiento para hacerle un condicionamiento de matricula
8-JOHANA ESTABA EN UN PROBLEMA POR QUE INGRESO A LAS INTALACIONES DEL SENA BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS Y SUSTANCIAS PSICOACTIVAS PARACONSUMIR DENTRO DE LA COMUNIDAD EDUCATIVA, ¿Qué TIPO DE SANCION SE LE APLICARA A JOHANA SEGÚN EL REGLAMENTO?
