Crew, is known for its high quality merchandise, has determined that in order to meet the constant demand of its consumers on theireveryday sales per store, and to avoid markdowns, it must reduce product development process time and ensured that the right products get to the stores at the right time.
The corporation has recentlyinitiated a new inventory management strategy for their store, and we can see it in effect at the store location we chose to sample. The new strategic demands, that their fabric sourcing and trimcapabilities should be very efficient. Their new software Freeborders Fabric & Trim, has enable them to work better with their trim suppliers, allowing a faster decision-making, and streamline the fabricand trim approval process overall.
