Terminologia Anatomica

 Línea:

Plano: hace referencia a cada uno de los planos geométricos que sirven para identificar la localización de estructuras.
Plane: Refers to each of the geometric planes that serve to identify the location of structures.


Sagital: En anatomía, plano vertical que va de delante a atrás y divide el cuerpo (o uno de sus órganos) en dos partes, la derecha y la izquierda.
Sagittal: In anatomy,vertical plane extending from front to back and divides the body (or an organ) into two parts, the right and left

Parasagital: Divide las extremidades en partes asimétricas o en desproporción con respecto a los otros planos.
Parasagittal: Divide tips on asymmetrical parts or disproportionate compared to other planes.

Frontal: Se aplica al hueso que forma la parte anterior y superior delcráneo

Coronal: Divide en anterior y posterior o ventral y dorsal. Se dice del hueso de la frente

Transverso: Es un plano horizontal quedivide el cuerpo en una parte superior y otra inferior.

Anterior: Ventral, frontal más cercano a la parte frontal del cuerpo.

Posterior: Occipital, dorsal situado mas cerca de la espalda en ella

Ventral: Estructura que está en la parte anterior del cuerpo.Es lo que se dirige hacia el vientre, hacia el pecho.

Distal: Lo mas lejos al eje.

Abajo: En dirección a la parte inferior de algo

Cefálico: Relacionado con la cabeza.

Atrás de: En la zona posterior a aquella en la que se encuentra lo que se toma como punto de referencia
