WONDERLIC

El examen Wonderlic fue concebido para evaluar adultos en el campo comercial e industrial. Es útil como instrumento de selección para emplear o contratar postulantes y como mediador de posibles asensos y traslados. La calificación obtenida en éste examen indica con precisión la posibilidad de desempeñarse con éxito en situaciones que requieren aprendizaje. Por ello se usafrecuentemente como instrumento de selección y asesoramiento, tanto en capacitación industrial como en estudiar y medir los niveles de capacidad mental comprobarán que el examen constituye un auxiliar preciso y fácil de usar que se puede tomar a individuos o grupos.

¿Qué mide?

El Wonderlic provee una estimación muy precisa de inteligencia en una persona. Técnicamente, el examen es una medición de la ggeneral, que es el factor primario entre muchos factores que integran la capacidad intelectual. La g general es una condición de la mente que da más allá de los límites de la capacidad individual requerida para fomentar el aprendizaje eficaz, la resolución precisa de problemas y la claridad de la información.

Intrucciones

El límite de tiempo es de 12 minutos de aplicación individual ogrupal. Una vez que una persona comienza el examen no debe ser interrumpida hasta que no trascurran los 12 minutos exactos, se recomienda usar cronómetro.
