32RESUMEN.
This improvement plan tends to seek alternative solutions to the problems concerning resources and organizational identity and school climate, student support and organizational and institutional climate found in the Education Unit General Terán- General Rivadeneira, the parish Mulliquindil Canton Salcedo, Cotopaxi province, after applying the respective initial assessment and submitthe analysis and discussion to prioritize together with the educational community.
It should be noted that these problems are listed at an acceptable level, but the vision of the institution is to achieve efficiency in their actions and therefore seeks to improve and operationalize existing resources, as well as make other environmental and material recyclable using the creativity and workingtogether so that they are consistent with institutional needs and the number of students attending.
As for the identity and school and organizational environment it has detected that there are acceptable relations between educational institutions in the sector but requires increasing them through various cultural, sports social, scientific, etc., to improve these relations and project unit ,solidarity and progress in society, showing students that teamwork is essential to the development of institutions and peoples.
As it regards the support for students is necessary to find strategies that lead to form their personality to raise their self-esteem, cognitive, emotional and motor skills that remain within the parameters of morality and good personal and social performance rejecting anynegative influence of the environment in which it unfolds.
El presente plan de mejora tiende a buscar alternativas de solución a los problemas detectados en la Unidad Educativa General Terán- General Rivadeneira, de la parroquia Mulliquindil, del cantón Salcedo, provincia de Cotopaxi, mismos que hacen referencia a:

Identidad y clima escolar y organizacional
Apoyo a los estudiantes.
Estaproblemática ha sido detectada tras aplicar la evaluación inicial y someterla al análisis y discusión entre los integrantes de la comunidad educativa quienes a través de sus vivencias y roles contribuyeron a la priorización.
La evaluación inicial reflejó que los problemas de mayor incidencia en la institución, mismos que han sido señalados anteriormente se encuentran en un nivel aceptable pero enconsideración que la visión de la institución es lograr la eficiencia y el bienestar de los actores educativos, se ha optado por enfocarlos a fin de operativizar los recursos existentes, así como también elaborar otros con material del medio y reciclable empleando la creatividad y el trabajo conjunto para que respondan a las necesidades institucionales y la cantidad de educandos existentes.
Encuanto a la identidad y clima escolar y organizacional se ha detectado que existen relaciones aceptables entre las instituciones educativas del sector pero se requiere incrementarlas mediante diversas actividades sociales, culturales, deportivas, científicas, académicas, etc., con el fin de mejorar dichas relaciones y proyectar la unidad, solidaridad y progreso ante la sociedad, demostrando a...
