The Egyptians
To put into more detail, the religion that these two civilizations believed in are very close. The Romans believed in a total of 6 gods and 6 goddesses who each provided different things for those who believed inthem. For example, Jupiter was king of the gods and god of the sky and weather. There is also Juno, goddess of woman (protector of woman during childbirth) and Neptune, the god of the sea and god of earthquakes. There are many more other gods and goddesses that the Romans worshipped but if we look at the religion of the Egyptians, you can something alike. The Egyptians believed in a pantheon ofmore than 80 gods and goddesses. The Egyptians believed in for example, Amon-Re, the sun god of the Egyptian pantheon. There is also Shu, god of the air, the one who separated the earth and sky and also there is Tefnut, goddess of moisture and one who supported the sky with Shu. There are many other gods and goddesses that the Egyptians worshipped but as you can see that between the 2 civilizations, there system of Gods and goddesses are similar.

The position of the pharaoh was passed to the eldest son of the King's chief wife, unlike in Rome where they were voted into rule. The Bureaucracy from ancient Egypt were the governments administrators ranging from personal staff to imperial officials and were subject to the approval of the pharaoh. TheBureaucracy relates exactly to Ancient Rome's Senate as they are both their to make sure their leaders are doing a great job and also to lend support to them if they need anything.
