The Reform bill:

The political reforms dictated by Lord Palmerston that persisted in 1832 was successful In greatness achieving a near-perfect constitution that was tending a liberal politicalsystem. Still in the reform of 1867 it was said that the practice of government held an eighteen-century describing a monarchical, aristocratically and democratically constitution was no longer true, butthe queen and her power still was limited by the legislation of the prime minister, and a secondary chamber that could delay the actions of the house of commons, this would be the House of Lords,considered more than a public forum.
During the period between 1846 and 1868, there wasn’t any disciplined political party possessing the majority of the crowd, and the House of Commons was stilldivided into tories and whigs, this period of political weakness made a “golden age” for the private member of the parliament because, this ones in 18th century were controlled by the crown or the peers, inthe 19th century they were to come under the strong party disciplines, so at this moment, they were as their maximum independence.
The cabinet was in charge of the House of Commons, and they couldask for general elections, this cabinet always acted in the name of the monarch, not the parliament.
The majority of the politicians of this mid era were liberals, and almost all the country wassatisfied by the direction of the government, then john bright appeared ; a Quaker that implanted the ideals of a new franchise reform bill, so that this could give the vote to every urban householder,another politician looking for political reforms was William E. Gladstone, joined as a chancellor of the exchequer by the ministry Palmerston, they were trying to eliminate not only every protectivetariff but, every revenue tariff as well, he introduce his measure to end the paper tax, gave a provision of budget , with free trade enable for everyone, Gladstone become the cause of the reform...
