THE PRINCE ALBERTO
Prince Albert was the husband of queen Victoria of the United Kingdom, and was the only spouse of a British sovereignwho received the prince's title.
THE QUEEN VICTORIA
The queen Victoria was a queen of the United Kingdom from the death of his uncle, William IV, and the firstempress of India.
THE BRITISH EMPIRE
The British Empire was one of the biggest in history and the major one of the time. His colonial impulse goes back to the 17th centuryand is present in all the continents.
THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION
The industrial Revolution was a historical period in which Great Britain suffered the major set ofsocioeconomic, technological and cultural transformations of the history of the humanity. The most important inventions were: The steam engine, the flying shuttle, themechanical loom and the steam locomotive; and the conditions of work were that the work was not so hard as before and therefore, the conditions of work improved a lot.LITERATURE
ROBERT LOUIS STEVENSON
Robert Louis Stevenson was a novelist, poet and Scotch essayist much estimated in his time and continued even after his death. Hisbest known works are: The island of the exchequer, and The strange case of doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde.

I was a famous English novelist and one ofthe most acknowledged writers of universal literature. I could handle the narrative kind, the humour, the tragic feeling of life, irony, with a sharp and culminatingsocial critique as well as the descriptions of peoples and places, both royal and imaginary. My best known works are: Oliver Twist, Christmas Carol, and David Copperfield
