Summary

We are going to evaluate Di Perugia Company. Di Perugia is a chocolate Company and it have an other idea about to produce chocolate. It uses Peruvian components such as pisco, chestnuts and lucuma for this production. Di Perugia was opened in 1992, in the owner’s depot. They started with five workers. Then they were worked conscientiously and know the company is bigger and have moreworkers for their disposition. The new premise has 500m2 and produces more products than when they started. Actually they are gowned because 20% is their clients is supermarkets, other 20% is stores and 60% is Gloria who buys chocolate cereal for batty mix yogurt.
The secret of Di Perugia is that they believe in Peruvian cacao for fabricate delicious and innovator chocolate and not have scared tointroduce their products into environment.

Introduction

Di Perugia is a specialist chocolate company that it try to make the difference in the Peruvian chocolate environment.

Vision:

They want to be recognized for their quality into global environment by Peruvian characteristics.

Mission:

Their mission is manufactured the best chocolate for their clients andcollaborate with the ecology in a good working atmosphere and inventive life values in the same form for their workers and the community.

We will evaluate this company by three management parameters.

In a way is so difficult to manage in this industry of the chocolate because there are many competitors for this reason Di Perugia is in constantly rivalry in prices, publicity campaign, promotions
Some of the mayor competitor are Helena y la iberica whichare just positioned in the market, have long time in this industry and the most important is the that costumer related them with the chocolate
Helena: it is one of the most competitors because its experience in the market give as result hand made fine chocolates also Helena has excellent suppliers that give it the best cacao whit different flavors and texture what is more this company hasexcellent promotions and give to their costumer good discounts for their fidelity and more.
La iberica: it represents a big competitor for Di PERUGIA Company because La Iberica has a great acceptance for the Peruvian consumer and a great reception worldwide.
