LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE COLECTORES DE AGUAS LLUVIAS POR EL MÉTODO TÚNEL LINER BAJO LA PERSPECTIVA DEL INGENIERO DE EJECUCIÓN EN GEOMENSURA

RESUMEN
En los últimos años nuestro país se ha visto afectado de manera considerable producto de los temporales de invierno (lluvias), los cuales dejan como saldo zonas inundadas generadas por la mala evacuación de los colectores de aguas lluvias existentes o en algunos casos debido a la carencia de éstos. Debido a lo anterior ha sidonecesario legislar al respecto, por lo que el año 1997 se aprobó la Ley Nº 19.525, en donde se señala que el Estado es el encargado de velar por la existencia de sistemas de evacuación y drenaje de las aguas lluvias. Para ello se deben elaborar los Planes Maestros de Evacuación de Aguas Lluvias. Los Planes Maestros significan una gran cantidad de obras destinadas a ejecutarse en zonas urbanas, por lo quese deben considerar en la mayoría de los casos métodos de construcción que minimicen los impactos ambientales y que no perturben el normal desarrollo de una ciudad. Uno de los métodos que permite disminuir los impactos producidos al momento de ejecutar las obras, es el método Túnel Liner, el cual permite desarrollar los trabajos de manera subterránea sin alterar en normal funcionamiento de lazona urbana. El sistema constructivo del Túnel Liner al igual que las demás alternativas de construcción se debe regir por procedimientos que permitan ejecutar los trabajos de acuerdo a los requisitos de calidad establecida, por lo que se debe contar con Especificaciones Técnicas Generales y/o Especiales dependiendo de las características peculiares de cada obra, de manera que se contemple en cadauna de las partidas una modalidad de trabajo habitual.

También se deberán considerar Normas Técnicas declaradas como oficiales por decreto de gobierno con objeto de ajustar los productos u obras a un determinado estándar de calidad. Palabras claves: Colector de Aguas Lluvia; Túnel Liner; Topografía; Construcción.

One of the methods that allows to diminish the impacts produced at the time of executing works, are the methodTunnel Liner, which allows to develop the works of underground way without to alter in normal operation of the urban zone.
