Waiver Release Form

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Read before signing

In consideration of being permitted the use of certain equipment (“Equipment”) or (ii) being allowed to participate in certain activities(“Activities”) (all Equipment/Activities as set forth herein), I, for myself, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives (collectively “Heirs”), as applicable,hereby:

1.-Acknowledge that I fully understand the possible risks inherent in using the Equipment or participating in the Activities and that I am in good health and proper physical condition andhave sufficient skill to use de Equipment or participate in the Activities. I further understand that using the Equipment or participating in the Activities (i) involves risks and dangers of damage topersonal property and possible serious bodily injury (“Risks”) either to myself or to  others; (ii) these Risks may be caused by my own actions or inactions  or those of others and (iii) there may beother risks and losses either not known to me or not readily  foreseeable at this time and I fully accept and assume all such Risks and all responsibility for any losses, costs and damages (physicalor otherwise) I incur as a result of using any Equipment or participating in any Activities.

2.-Realese and discharge RVC Vacation Club, S. of R.L. of C.V. and/or Raintree Vacation Club, itsrespective parent or sister companies and/or subsidiaries, and its or their respective members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and/or agents (collectively “Releases”), fromany liability, claims, demands, losses, damages to property or other damages I now have, or may have in the future, for any injury, death or property damage, related to (i) my use of any Equipment orparticipation in any Activity, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly or indirectly connected to the use of any Equipment or participation in any Activity or not, and however caused,...
