Term 1 and 3: Dancesociety classes are free for members. You may need to join the society.
Term 2: Dance society classes are used only for rehearsals for the dance show.

Body Conitioning is a strength training workout that combinesflexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using just one set of 5-pound (each) dumbbells.
Body Conditioning is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. Conditioning is highly recommended to those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. Any fitness level can enroll.
A choreographed (but easy tofollow!) class which incorporates aerobics, barbells and weights. set to motivating music, it strengthens and tones muscles.
BodyWorks is a fitness class, which is a mixture of flexibility, aerobic exercise and hand weights.
This class is an ideal beginners introduction, to weight training. Ideal for weight control, weight reduction, muscle tone or weight maintenance.
